St. Ann Parish Faith Formation Program...
As Christians we
are called to be loving, informed, committed followers of Jesus.
Our faith formation offerings try to provide opportunities for
people at all stages of life to:
-
clarify what it
means to be faithful Catholics in today’s complex world
-
understand the
church’s biblical and doctrinal heritage
-
see the practical
connections between our faith tradition and life
so that together we
can “live the truth in love” (Eph. 4:15).

Faith Formation Program
Faith Formation
is part of the teaching mission of the Church that also involves the
family and the parish community.
Our program offers the children of St. Ann who
attend a non-Catholic school a systematic presentation of the truths
of our faith among a community of peers.
It is done together with the family — our first community. Family is
the most basic way in which the Lord gathers us, forms us and acts
in the world. Pope John Paul II called the family the primary school
of Christian love for it is within the family that the gospel
message of God’s love comes to life in the everyday signs of love
and care.
It is done within the parish community — the local faith community
where the sacraments are celebrated and faith is lived.
Working together we strive to help our children become loving,
informed and committed followers of Jesus.
